PinkysSnakes Reptile Rescue
We take in any unwanted, found, mistreated and homeless reptiles. All our reptiles stay with us for life, unless otherwise advised to the present owner. We only find our rescues suitable homes when we are either full or they are not suitable to stay in our home. We have over 30 years experience in keeping reptiles, and have been rescuing for over 4 years now. All our rescues are checked by a professional reptile vet before they are re-homed, and all homes are checked by PinkysSnakes before they are released. We also have a form called Adoption Application which asks a number of questions to see if the future owner is suitable, then there is also an Adoption Contract which the new owner must sign before any reptile is handed over. If you need help, or know of a reptile that needs help, please just call us and we will be there. We know we can't rescue them all but if we can help even a small amount of reptiles we're doing right by them. We fund everything ourselves, and rely on donations from the public to help us, THERE IS NO FIXED AMOUNT ANYTHING HELPS, whether it be money or equipment of some kind, even a water dish helps as we are always in need of something when taking on so many reptiles. We do not ask for a price on any rehome, however a dontation is always appreciated either to go towards the cost that has gone towards keeping the rescues, or even if just to cover the cost of fuel, we never demand any cash, we rely purely on help from the public. We are based in East Yorkshire, not too far from Goole, and are willing to travel, within reason of course. If you have something that we can't take, we know many other people that can so don't worry you won't be left holding a reptile you can't keep.
